I use a M2 MacBook Air and sometimes when I use the Citrix Workspace, it greys out my tab, making it impossible to type and I keep hearing error sounds. This usually gets fixed if I close and re-open the Citrix app multiple times or if I close an app using task manager on the VDI. Work help desk is unable to help.
I have downloaded the Citrix 2311 and have the latest Mac OS. I think it might be a zoom VDI causing the issue but unclear.
Any advice as I have uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times but the problem persists.
