Good afternoon folks,

Been trying for far too long today now to update Citrix Workspace from 21.5.0.48 to the newest version 23.3.0.51 via the Check for Updates utility. However, when I run it I keep getting an upgrade unsuccessful message, with no explanation as to why.

Okay fine, I'll try manually updating with the newest version of the app download. Run that, unable to update because apparently I need to reboot my RDS before installing. Do that, same issue. I checked the registry keys detailed on Citrix's support but do not have any keys in " HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager value: PendingFileRenameOperations ". No hung Windows Updates either, as I just pushed updates the day before and have verified all is well there.

I try running from command-line with /forceinstall, still getting the same alert preventing the update from running. I'm wracking my brain here but out of ideas. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be amazing.

Note: I am logged in as an admin on the RDS, so installing it system-wide.
