Population drop after patch

Has anyone had an issies with their popukation tanking after the update? Ive shed almost 25% of my population and i went through all of my services to make sure i wasnt missing anything. The biggest change i have made is adding some additional postal service and elementary schools, but the pop keeps dropping like its hot.
