Right now I have a GTX 960 OC with 4GB of RAM. The game does use all of it. I'm wondering how much improvement I'd see if I got something like an RX 480.
I recently came off about a four month hiatus with the game, and after messing around with all my mods to get them up to par with the game updates, I'm actually seeing fewer FPS. Before if I zoomed way out on a small city, FPS would stick at 60. Now it's at like 55 or so, sometimes in the 40s if I zoom up a little.
And while this probably has nothing to do with the graphics card, it used to take me a little over 2 minutes to load a save. Now it's closer to 3. Wondering if that's normal or not.
Thank You.
