Basically I built a city and within this city I had landfills and incineration plants.

I decided to empty the landfills and attempt the Waste processing complex route which processes more garbage per pollution than the incineration plants.

I moved my waste processing complex outside of the city, created a nice big road to get there and connected the grid. It is producing 40MW and I've linked it to the city AND my other sources of power via electrical wires but the city has a major outage now. I am producing MORE than the consumption AND everything is connected perfectly fine but the waste processing complex seems to be generating power but not actually adding to the grid.

For example, I connected a series of electrical poles to the waste processing complex and the electrical poles are not blue despite it being in operation.

Is this a bug? I've never seen anything like it.
