Treasure Hunt download and now all my unique buildings are gone!!

I have no idea what happened. It was fine yesterday and this is the first time I'm playing today. I'm getting tutorial pop ups at the start of my city and all my unique buildings are gone. I signed back into Paradox and that didn't help.
Is there anything I can do?
