Mods and Assets disappearing all of a sudden

Over the last couple of days I have noticed mods and assets disappearing from the game. When I check workshop it shows I am still subscribed.
After unsubscribing and subscribing again it seems to fix it but then different mods and assets will go missing.
Anyone else having issues?
