In my city seems to be a massive unemployment problem. According to the population info view, about 32.8% of my people are unemployed. There are 4.761 jobs of which 2.730 are filled. I assumed this was due to lack of education for the higher tier jobs.
However, taking a look at my workplace availability, I see 4.765 total workplaces (the small difference is due to the time between screenshots) of which 4.487 are filled. Can someone explain this discrepancy to me?
My best guess right now is that most people come from out of town to work.
