I might just be trash, but I am currently playing a city with infinite money and all milestones unlocked (so I can get a better understanding of everything) and the blue bar at the bottom right t indicates I need more commercial zones even if the ones I already have don’t have enough workers. I have plenty of high density housing zones, and my issue is with high density commercial zones, I tried to replace them with low density commercial zones but it simply wasn’t enough to meet the commercial zone demand. I am lacking educated workers as well even if every level of education has easy availability.

Is my issue that im rushing to high density zones before my citizens are properly educated (which ik takes time)
