Old Catalyst 3560 acting weird
Post Body

So at work we have this old 3560G and one day a port just stopped working, I shut and no shut the switchport, clear the config on the port and reconfigured it, but it still won't work. I connect my computer to the port and it shows as there is something is connected the switch gets the MAC of the computer, but it won't get an IP address, I double checked everything and it should be working.

On another note, another switch just stopped handing IP addresses, all switchports were working, it could detect the end devices, but it just wouldn't hand any IP address, so we replaced the switch. Are this any signs of a switch dying or something? has anyone else experienced this kind of problems?
