Hey guys, we have 22 Cisco ISR 4331's deployed in our company. It's our primary voice gateway for remote sites that we are using to make our own SD-WAN type environment (MPLS and DMVPN connections back to HQ\DR). Of those 22 4331's I currently have 2 open TAC cases because of hardware failure. The oldest 4331 I have is maybe 2 to 3 years old only.
Does anyone else have hardware failure troubles with their 4331 routers? Just odd to me that I'm at a 9% failure rate on hardware. One was a NIM slot, the other was one of the PS fans.
*EDIT it is not the clock issue with field notice 64253. Just searched all our serials on Cisco site and none were affected* It's not that component that has failed, was a NIM slot and a PS fan, unrelated.
