NVR - port stop pinging

Guys, I have 78 stores all configured the same. For some reason two stores the DVR ports stop responding to pings and device goes offline. As soon as I run an angry IP scan on the network, the pings resume and we are able to gain access again, a few min later pings die. What can it be causing the issue? Other stores don’t have problems and same switch configuration.
