I put a new sip in today and now I can't get any water to go through, it is like is blocked or something. Anyone have this happen and know if there is a fix before I reach out to Cirkul for a replacement?
I wasn't getting anything but flavor almost, and the bottle was creating a vacuum every time I tried to sip out of it.
Fixed the issue by simply removing the lid the pods go into and wiggling the valve cover on the underside of the lid with my fingernail. It fixed the issue completely.
Looks like the issue is just the valve cover being slightly incorrectly installed during manufacturing, but it is an easy fix.
