How can I get each clone to have a different displacement/height map?

hi, novice learning.
this line of cells all have the exact same heightmap/normal. how can i make each cell have some variation?

fwi: i tried using a random effector and rotating, but the cells are hexagonal so they don't line up nice and evenly. im not sure how to make the texture vary.
