Marlboro Black Label Reseals still available?

I'm aware these are only in select states like Cali, Illinois, Iowa, Texas, Arizona etc. Just curious if you are in a different state where they are,, are they still widely available? I'm in IL and they're hard to come by but not impossible. Marlboro told me on a couple seperate occasions in last few months there was no plan to discontinue them. Thanks!
