Do smokers actually inhale every single draw of the whole cigarette

I’m quite young n comparatively not smoked long maybe 5 years but it was vapes until my family said to smoke cuz it’s better.
I smoke quite strong scottish rolling tobacco (kensitas) n I like them the most but I feel I only really inhale half of the cigarette cuz the buzz from them is mad I feel if I smoked it all I’d feel a bit sick.
Is this normal or are they just too strong ? A lot of brands feel too weak especially pre rolls
