So I was playing on Eternal Slots and using some monthly bonus spin thing they had sent out. It had 100$ maximum cash out so I'm thinking cool. I played the 100 spins and ended up getting to around 400$ when I started looking at the wagering requirements and needed about 1000$ more to go so I raised the bet per spin to 12.50 to eat that up. Well the game hit big and I was at like 1200$ so I raised to 25$ and hit auto spin, thinking I'd be done and cash out soon. I happened to glance at the screen and saw I was down to 59$ and panicked. The game had automatically gotten rid of my money once the wagering requirements were met and the auto spin didn't stop. The 25$/ spin had hit a few times with my winnings and cost me that $$. I explained this to their online support and he understood but there was nothing they could do so I withdraw the 59$. After about an hour I received this email . Ive never even thought that a 10$/hand was applicable to slots. The machine shouldn't allow it if they don't want it to be betted..and it should say spin, not hand. It's ruined my entire weekend to be honest. Why cheat a good customer out of such a small amount??? Also, why not say spin instead of hand??? Am I wrong for being pissed???
