Hey all. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and eventually got their redemption. My anxiety is increasing so it'll be nice to hear some stories like this situation, but you still got your money.

I've had successful redemption on Global Poker before, but with a smaller amount ($6k), and recently redeemed a $XX amount on Dec 7th (I only remember because I self excluded so I wouldn't touch the money) and still haven't received my "redemption approved" email.

I check daily to see that the redemption is at least still pending. I outreached to customer service on Dec 13 and got a "we see it, it's in line to get processed" response, but still no approval. It's still pending on my account as of this morning.

Siiighhh. I'm tempted to cancel and re-redeem, but I know that'll delay things even more.
