Chub.ai Character problem

I am talking to AI chatbots and for some reason the chatbot will just start generating dialogue impersonating me and the character. (For example: Mary:dshadoashdasodsdhasod User:dsjdjsadsjadhjls. Mary: dfushadoasudhasuo User:dshuoasdhuoasdhas) It gets annoying as the AI is writing a story that I don't want. Is there anyway to fix this?
