Post Body

80k miles Bought less than 48 hours ago. Drove ~170 miles total since purchase. Drove 7:45 AM no problems ~3 miles Drove 2:30 PM no problems ~3 miles Wife leaves 3:15 PM calls at 3:20 to tell me it feels like it's hitting a lot of bumps and is hard to accelerate. Said after going over train tracks it "loosened up" but started again. Destination 10 miles. I picked up vehicle 4:15 after wife said it smelled like hot iron. Brakes sticking. No warning lights. Parking brake not engaged. I have pumped the brakes, engaged/disengaged parking brake, turned on/off auto park, retracted parking brake for service then reinitialized, pulled fuse f99 for electrical brake module. Issue still present. I have not tried manual brake release. This at first seems like the parking brake is stuck but upon further reading the parking brake appears to be in the rear of the vehicle. The issue seems to be in front brakes. Any ideas? The greater web has not proven useful.

Also found out lemon laws in Ohio apply only to vehicles 1 year old or less, which is not how they were first advertised, so that's cool.
