So, Frozen Veil was recently reworked, and now stacks up to five times, lasting until broken.

The problem is, once you reach five stacks, new soul acquisitions don't do anything whatsoever, until the Veil is broken and reset.

Even if the Veil takes damage, the stacks stay at 5, and new souls don't renew it. It effectively means that, once 5 stacks is reached, the Veil will only get damaged, until it inevitably breaks.

That's pretty much a net nerf, compared to pre-rework Veil, since the best case scenario is 5 Souls Veil => Break CD => 5 Souls Veil => etc., and any soul beyond the 5 first are wasted, even when the Veil is still holding.

(Of course, I'm talking about when the Veil is holding; new souls not doing anything when it breaks is obviously intended).
