"High pain sensitization" as the root cause of my issue - is anyone familiar with this?
Post Body

My journey is a constant mystery like everyone else's it seems, but this is the conclusion of my sports medicine doctor. I don't have nerve damage, I have "nerve dysfunction". Overuse of my arms and hands through instruments, typing, and phone use has rendered them highly sensitive to pain signals, which fire all the time, but much worse when I engage in these activities. I can't read a book anymore, or use my phone for more than a minute or two.

I can't find a great deal of information on this so I was wondering has anyone else out there been diagnosed with something similar. Would really appreciate some guidance.
