Hands-Free Assistance with Devices - Can You Help?
Post Body

I have chronic pain every that I deal with every day related to my nerves, imbalanced muscles, and so on. Using my phone or mouse for extended periods sets it off terribly, so I'm trying to cut down on this as much as possible.

Recenly I discovered Dragon Naturally Speaking software which I am trying to incroporate for when I type. I heard about Windows eye tracking software and a fancier device by Tobii that is used for gaming. The mouse is perhaps the worst part of my triggers at the desk, so I am willing to invest in a better product if this could help me navigate my computer while working without the use of my hands.

I'm an avid reader and this problem has extended to this practice as well. I use a Kindle as well as real books. I would like to learn of some workarounds for this too - maybe there is a device that can hold the book or kindle in place so I don't hold it with my hands while I sit and read in a position that does not trigger my issues as much. I am also trying audiobooks where possible as another workaround.

Does anyone have tips or insights? Thank you.
