Title. Ive been in extreme pain since yesterday on and off. Last night into today has been constant. Its some of the worst pain ive felt in a while and I'm nauseous because of it. Joints, muscles, back, its all in agony. Didn't sleep much. I took Tylenol and my normal pain meds that cover it. Not taking my nabumatone BC it might make me throw up. It feels like an 8/10, but since I cant really move a whole lot without it worsening 9/10 or 10/10 might be more accurate...

What point is it appropriate to go to the ER? If I go I'll be told off by my dad for wasting money and not being productive. So there is that to consider too. Help?

Edit: if it gets worse I'll go. Thanks y'all for the advice.
