I've always been a person with chronic pain. I have disabilities that cause pain and just random pain in other places. right now my biggest problem is severe back pain.
I've always had back pain, it got steadily worse when I hit puberty and started growing a large chest but it was never this bad. it's so bad that sometimes I can't even lay down. if I do, there's sharp shooting firey pain that covers my entire spine and I start shaking because my body just can't handle that level of pain. when it's not super bad I can still never get comfortable, I'm tossing and turning all night. I get up multiple times a night just to adjust and get myself to not be in pain, which doesn't work.
I had an MRI for it about a week ago but they didn't find anything (except that I have a contrast dye allergy.) I don't know what to do anymore, nothing helps. ibuprofen no longer does anything for me, the heating pad doesn't do anything, sleeping with pillows in different spots doesn't do anything. does anyone have any idea what could help this? I'm miserable
