How to successfully address mental health when physical health is relatively trash?

Hello, all! I will introduce myself, my (26F) name is Taylor and I am currently being diagnosed with my 11th and 12th chronic illness. I currently have 2 autoimmune diseases, my first being diagnosed at age 8 and the most recent being diagnosed as of January of this year.

I've got some rare diseases, but in the grand scheme of things I am managing them pretty well as far as actually addressing an illness goes. However, I have noticed my mental health has not been good, at all, in any way lately.

I honestly believe my mental health is what caused my last partner to leave me. I do not want this to happen again, and so I have tried, many times, to no avail, to get mental health support.

Either my insurance doesn't cover therapists, or changes what they cover, or my employer gets bought out and I get new insurance, or the therapist just doesn't vibe with me, a long list of reasons why it hasn't happened for me yet.

Do you all have any tips at all for keeping your mental health balanced when you work so hard just to even exist physically some days?

I would really appreciate any and all advice regarding this matter. I want to heal, I want to be happy just from my own heart.
