Got my Holter monitor off!

After a week I finally don’t have to wear that itchy contraption on my chest anymore. (Taking it off really sucked). I know a lot of people have way worse issues but I just wanted to share!

Getting it put on was a bitch because I don’t know if they do this for all Holters, but they abraded my skin with sandpaper and then put alcohol on it which burned like hell and then put the monitor on. My skin is still bumpy lol
