I have been getting so many diagnoses added in the last four months. I went from irritable bowel and ADHD to Lupus, RA, hypertension, anemia, esophagitis, insomnia, hypolipidemia, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and I'm still getting checked for neurological symptoms that don't fit the bill. I'm getting psychosis from the massive amounts of prednisone too. Have not slept in days. Weird thing is, the more that comes down the pipe the more I feel like it's in my head. I have a therapists appointment soon, but I just wondered if anyone ever felt a little derealization or anything over their issues?
Do you feel that some days all the subreddits and Facebook groups negatively impact your mental health? Sometimes this all helps immensely, sometimes I have to avoid it.
Just curious!
