Not sure about doctor's advice about migraines

Post Body

Hey everyone. I suffer some pretty bad migraine headaches. I feel a solid 8/10 pain on the whole left side of my face, in my jaw and around the side of my head when they hit. I become sensitive to lights, my vision blurs and I get some pretty chronic nausea.

I just went to the doctor. She was super friendly, but idk about her advice. I told her paracetamol, Voltaren and ibuprofen don't help the pain at all. I told her I spend a lot of time in bed and basically can't eat because of the nausea.

She told me to go to physio, because it could be neck pain. I do have a bad back and when she examined my neck she said I was "stiff", but as a child I was stiff and never had these awful headaches.

Does her advice sound right?
