How do you keep from thinking something new is wrong with you?

So I am listing all of my health problems below… I’m currently in the ER waiting to go back.

I came here today because I have very weak legs/jelly legs, lethargic in general as well as vertigo on average a couple times a week as of late and then the tingling in my lower extremities and feet and toes. I’m also very sensitive to the hot weather and even with AC blasting it doesn’t cool me down.

So I asked perplexity (AI type of a natural language search engine) and of course a long list of things popped up. I’m not typically a hypochondriac, but I’m always afraid something new will rear its head.

So how do you all not get neurotic about getting sick or getting sick with something entirely new?

Thx!
