If I get a tattoo near my only good blood draw site will it mess with being able to draw there again?

I'm going to be getting a series of tattoos to reclaim my bodily autonomy soon. One of them is the quote "Perfer et obdura, dolor hic tibi proderit olim" which I want to get on the side of my arm which may go near my only good draw site.
For reference, I have bad veins due to having both a central line and a PICC line in the past that were badly placed. One of my arms has no good veins. The other has one good thick boy and a few other small peripherals.
Any help would be appreciated.
