I’d love to join a group for working out of some kind, maybe join a gym or something so I can get movement in.
I can’t decide if I want something easy going or more intense and having pots makes me think about it way way more.
I’m thinking karate or kung fu and my dad says Tai Chi. But I want something with people closer to my age and a little more playful than Tai chi.
My pots isn’t bad enough that I’m bedridden. But it was and I cannot return to that state. If I can find something fun I think It’d be really beneficial.
