27M, 300lbs, 5'9. My confirmed health issues are ocular rosacea, high blood pressure, mild fatty liver and gerd.
I've been having weird symptoms for almost a year. Idk if they are connected or not but here they are.
Skin Issues- I get red knuckles quite a bit. I get red bumps on my hands and feet that almost look like pimples. Sometimes my arms and face get really red and feel very warm, almost like its a sunburn, however its not as I spend most of my time indoors and almost always wear hoodies when I leave the house.
Temperature- I get hot flashes often, normally during the evening. When this happens, my body temperature usually shoots up to around 99.1 on average. As soon as I feel better, my temperature is more normal, anywhere from 97.4 to 98.5. Sometimes I also wake up in the middle of the night very sweaty and hot despite sleeping right under an air conditioner.
Sleep- Its been over a year since I've slept all the way through the night. I almost always wake up at least once to pee and sometimes wake up multiple times. Sometimes I wake up and my heart is beating out of my chest. I usually fall back asleep pretty quickly. I've had a stress echo recently and it was completely normal. Also, like I said, sometimes I wakeup wet from sweat.
I'm not sure if any of these things can be caused by conditions I already have or if they are separate or if there is something else going on. Maybe an autoimmune disorder or something?
