Would it be helpful to draw my pain out to my team of specialists?

So I have diagnosed severe crohns disease and arthritis but my rheumatologist is so confused as to what my other pains are. He is thinking either M.E/CFS of fibromyalgia but he's not sure and wont stop telling me how confused he is which stresses me out bc I want him to figure it out and help me. Would it be helpful to draw it out and explain it that way bc I find I may be confusing him by not being clear enough? Thoughts?
