Doctor doesn’t know what’s wrong with me…
Post Body

I’m so tired of feeling sick. I’ve been chronically I’ll for years, but had a new patch of symptoms developed around 2 weeks ago.

The first symptom has been exhaustion. I’m sleeping so much, only awake maybe 6 hours a day and still tired even then. I have no appetite and try to eat, but I always feel like I’m already full. My abdomen is very bloated, I’m nauseous, occasionally get a low fever with what feels like a hot flash. Pain in my lower back and through my mid and lower abdomen.

Blood tests are normal for kidney and liver function. Urine culture is negative so no infection. White blood cells in urine and pH of 8.5, but no indication of why.

I just want to feel better. I’m scared it might be something serious but my dr doesn’t know what it could be. Any support or suggestions are appreciated.

That's something I've been wondering about for myself after experiencing lots of similar symptoms to OP. Finally am going to get some more testing done to look into SIBO in the next few weeks
