When i have a flare-up, i feel it strongly affects my mood. I get sad, frustrated and anxious. A lot of the normal mental health tips don't help or are not possible to do when I'm in a flare-up, so we're kind of running out of idea's. I already have tried a lot of therapies, have a counselor and talk about my struggles plentiful. But since my struggles are understandable given the circumstances, nothing really helps a lot or for very long. We're gonna try acaptence and commitment therapy next.
Do any of you have tips the help you improve your mood or keep a more stable mood? Anything that doesn't involve nearly any physical activity?
