if the doctor asks you to come in after hours to go over test results, does that mean they found something?

i did some blood testing for autoimmune disorders, and i called to ask them to explain the results. they told me i need to come in after hours at 6pm in a week to discuss it. the nurse wouldn’t tell me anything more. does that imply they found something? i’m just tired of doctors finding nothing wrong, yet i’m getting worse, so i just want to know if this means they did find something significant in the bloodwork.
