Hi,

I just resurrected an old Chromecast. I think the model number on it is written NC26A5.

It's listed in Google Home on my iphone (ios 15.6.2) and I can get some information off it. The device is connected to my Wifi network.

Fine so far. Except it doesn't do anything. If there was a remote control, then it's been lots years ago.

So, I have a Chromecast but no remote. The screensaver is pretty at least.

Can I control this from my iphone, or is there a remote control that I can buy?

There’s no remote. You cast stuff to it. There’s no use for it.
