Battery powered power pack for lights with no outlet

I have Christmas garland for the stair rail but no outlet to plug them in. These were bought a couple of years ago when we had a capuchin along the stairs to hide the cord coming from the base of the stairs where the garland ends z Is there a product that is small and discreet that will work to power them? I see battery powered lights on Amazon but not just the power pack. I don’t want a huge or brightly colored power bank I have to be able to strap it to the spindle and conceal it with some of the garland. Any ideas?
