Hi, I used to be on fire for the Lord. However, in 2021, I went through some horrible things and I started backsliding: drunkenness, sexual immorality, cheating in college, not going to church s lot, etc. And of course grudges towards my abusers. I still pray to God every day, and I ask him for mercy and forgiveness and let me return to him. I don't wanna give up on God and walk away. But boy am I struggling to step away from sinning. And to make things worse sometimes reading the Bible and going to church feels like a chore, and I hate that it does. I wish I was on fire for the Lord again. I still share Bible verses and church sermons on social media, but IDK... :/
