Any recommendations for the decision process of combining finances? We've got our joint bank account, but have been lazy in working through savings, investments/brokers, et al. accounts. Is it important to maintain a relationship with more than one banking institution? What has worked for you?
Please move along if you'd like to dispute combining finances, recommend protecting your assets against a future divorce, etc.
