Can I join the service in the church?

I’m not Christian but I’m very interested in it and consider to convert to it in future. Anyway, I have decided to visit an church that is nearby me when they have church worship. Would it be okay to join it when I’m not an Christian? Sorry for this question but I’m new in this.
This is an Catholic Church too if you need that info.
