So, it was brought to my attention recently by a protestant friend, that I dont say that I am certain that I am saved, and I dont. I admittingly feel uncomfortable with saying with absolute certainty that I am saved, I know that this is what the RCC/EOC teach, that we do not know if we are saved or not, that we can not be certain.
But If it is problematic that I am not certain that I am saved, and that not being certain puts my soul at risk, how would you suggest I correct such thoughts?, cause I believe Jesus Christ died for me and roze from the dead conquering sin and death, and that he is my Lord and Savior, and that he is the only road to eternal life, and I accept him as my Lord and Savior, but am I saved, i think so, but I am not 100% certain and idk.
What is y'alls thoughts.
