Trinitarian Christians: what are your thoughts on non-Trininarians? Are they valid? Are they heretical? Or something else?

I know Trinitarianism is the most common form of Christianity, but as with other religions such as mine (Islam), there are minority groups that are debated on their validity when it comes to faith, so I'm curious as to what your thoughts are on non-Trinitarian/non-denominational Christians.
