I have a friend that has joined the Marines (he’s always wanted to be a Marine like his father ever since he could remember) and i never wanted to be in any part of that kind of thing, but recently the week before he left to SOI (School of Infantry) i’ve had an urge to join the Marines as a Reservist. I talked to him almost everyday that whole week and the more i talk about the Marines the more i want to join. Sooo, The thing i need help with is this: Does it go agains Gods Word to join the Marines even if i want to help protect the innocent people and try to spread the Word within the Military even if i’m having trouble believing in Gods Word myself?
