Why would god create life if he knows they will end up in Hell?

God is all knowing. So he knows who will enter the kingdom of heaven and who wont before their even born. So why does he bring in all of these wasted/expendable souls into the world? Why does he give them life when he knows their ultimate fate? If i was god, I wouldn’t create a new soul when i know its going to go to hell for all eternity. What the purpose of that?
