Baptism has absolutely nothing to do with the person performing it and all about the person and their faith in Christ who take immersion. If a Christian backslides or falls away from the faith and comes back to the Lord would it not be fitting to re-proclaim that faith?

Acts 19:1-5 some Believers in Ephesus who were baptized by John were baptized again by Paul in Jesus name.

Babies shouldn’t be Baptized at all. They aren’t making the decision and it is a very personal decision to declare faith in Christ. Children should be dedicated on. ***in my opinion

There is nothing special about the water. Being saved comes first, baptism is a declaration that you have died and become new in Christ.

Nowhere in scripture does it mention a limit on baptism. It doesn’t matter how many times you are baptized. What is important is the persons Faith in Jesus which is what compels us to be baptized.
