I recently came across a video wherein a pastor was admonishing their fellow clergymen for not stepping up sooner and taking actions to push back against Christian Nationalism in their communities. I've sonce lost track of who this person is (unfortunately) but it got me thinking and now I'm curious. I don't know a lot of openly practicing Christians in my day-to-day life (apart from immediate family and we're not exactly on good terms right now), so I figured I'd put this to the Reddit hive mind.
If you're a Christian (in any sense of the word) and you're against the principles or ideals of Christian Nationalism ~ e.g. you're not in favor of using the legislative or legal systems to force your beliefs pn other people, or you reject extremist rhetoric like "transgenderism" or "cultural Marxism" ~ I'm interested in hearing how you've been resisting these things within your community. What steps or actions have you taken? What challenges do you face? Is there something you wish you could do but can't for lack of resources, support, etc.?
Hmm I live in Scotland and some churches (mine) are starting to import this more frenzied, muscular, assertive brand of Christianity. I can not say I am impressed. If it will continue I will have to leave. Perhaps a passing word in their ear as I go...

I agree. Those I have spoken to so far do not see it. So let's see...
One other thing I didn't mention in my previous post is that nationalism, socialism, Marxism...pretty much every ism does not belong in Christianity. Where these ideologies draw lines Christianity rubs them out and stretches its arms wider.
