This post is about where we all draw the line in our woke world. Woke is here to stay and it is now a doctrinal theater that has every public figure ducking and covering. Woke is the cultural equivalent of a nuclear bomb being dropped on society.

It's not as if the traditional roles that women and men place in society are not always under a daily assault, but now we all have to pretend to agree with the huge bucket of slop that is woke.

But don't get me wrong. I am fine with those loving whomever they want to love. I am fine with those having sex with whomever they prefer (and adult). I enjoy meeting the furies and they are so delightfully fun. I am personally bi-sexual. It's ok to be whatever you want to be... within reason.

Now the other BUT...

BUT traditional male and female roles are under attack. They are under attack because some feel that their world view cannot survive unless the traditional roles are stamped out. I am sorry, but based on what medical science can produce today, unless you are born a female, you cannot get pregnant. Perhaps someday medical science will give you a surgically implanted artificial uterus, but until then, you are a man. And I do not have real testicles so until I can "grow a pair" (sorry guys, had to quote that), I am not a man. But here is the real meat of the issue...

I don't want to "grow a pair". I don't want to be a male. I want to be a female. I was a student athlete, and I am glad I did not have to compete with men. I grew up with 5 brothers who could all outrun me. All of theme are nearly a foot taller than I am. And thank fully as the only girl in the family, I counted on their protection and influence through High School.

I would augment it slightly. I love that my husband is protective. I am likewise protective. Someone bad mouths my husband and there will be hell to pay. Want to see a little blonde with a fiery temper, just let me catch you talking smack about my husband!

I love traditional roles. Male - Female roles. I wrap myself up in them like a warm blanket. Love whom you want, be whatever fantasies or life-choice you want to be. Just don't force it on me and leave my love of God's perfect work of creating a Male and a Female... ALONE!
