So I am sure there are a lot of reactions to this post topic.
Valentine's Day is Very Important to Swingers!
I make this statement without any specific reason. So why it is important is not the holiday, it is a time that is marked on your calendar every year, when you can remind you of how lucky you are and how important it is to have love in your life. And a date to let him or her know how much their love means to you! Use this day to remind your spouse, significant others, and loved ones just how important they are to you.
Most know that Valentine's Day originally was a feast day honoring early Christian martyrs (plural) named Saint Valentine. Few know it is one of our oldest holidays dating back to AD 486 when it was formally established by Pope Gelasius. But this isn't what this posting is about.
IT"S THE SPECIAL THINGS
Special Things. Things we can do, that we should do everyday, but with Valentine's Day we have a reminder on the calendar.
Flowers and Chocolates are great traditions, and I love getting flowers. Roses are wonderful, but I am a Midwest girl who also loves a big yellow sunflower just as much. It can be about lingerie, a wonderful dinner, hearts full of candy and steam sex. All of this is good, but how about making this Valentine's Day your Valentine's Day to express how you feel about him or her.
So this Valentine's Day...
1) Take a hot shower together. Wash each other. How long has it been since you did that.
2) Cook breakfast together. And if no one else is there - make breakfast NAKED!
3) Put candy hearts everywhere. My husband will find them in his pockets (I will slip a few in during the long kiss for work (see item 5). I will put a few in his computer bag. There will several sitting on his mobile phone.
4) Slip in a quickie. Can't be late for work, but a quickie is a great prelude to some serious sex that coming tonight.
5) A long kiss for work. Also a good time to slip a Valentine note in his or her pocket along with a few candy hearts.
6) A Valentine Note. Just 2 or 3 sentences. Sentence 1, "one reason" (start with those exact words), I love you is... (fill in the blank). Sentence 2, what he or she is to you. I will be writing that he is my heart, my soul, my wonderful light even when the rest of the world is dark. Sentence 3, A simple I love you. You can add a few more words if you like. Slip it into a pocket to be discovered later.
7) Some lunch time sexting. Short and sweet! "Do you know what I am going to do to you when you get home... or after the kids are in bed... or after you get home, walk the dogs, chance the light blub, clear the garage..." Ok - just kidding about the last one, just in case my husband reads this and has a panic attack.
8) Invent a new sex position and each of you text it to the other.
9) Before you start your Valentine's Evening, have a long slow wet kiss. Kiss her/him like you did in High School!
10) Remember its the simplest things that can mean the most. Candy hearts, short little notes, and breakfast together in a hectic world.
11) You know me, I can never seem to stop at 10 like most do. This is important. And it takes some effort. Write down 10 things you love about him or her. And after each of the above things, look him or her in the eyes and say one of them. "I love you because [add one reason here]".
For some, Valentine's Day may be some family time. For others, putting on that new lingerie to surprise him with (I will be doing that, thank you Victoria's Secret and Yandy). Perhaps dinner out (if he change his clothes he will find more candy hearts in every pocket. And the hot steamy sex that you will hopefully have that evening. No matter how you fill your day that day, can you take a few minutes just to let him or her know just how special they are?
So take a moment, examine your heart right now. How much do you love him or her? Think about it right now... now go purchase a supply of candy hearts before they are all gone!
Happy Valentine's Day!
TMW
Thank you! Now if it only had any aphrodisiac properties, then it would be the perfect flower and replace the roses everyone gets for special occasions. Best of all - no thorns.

Thank you for the kind words. I doubt anyone would publish a book on the lifestyle. It's a pretty taboo subject.
I hope to find candy hearts, and roses, and Tom knows that I like to get a bunch of flowers with a couple of Sun Flowers. Growing up in the Midwest, Sunflowers always represented the start of summer. We would plant them as early as possible so we had the flowers by Memorial Day.
You are always welcome to DM me if you have questions, comments, concerns, or just someone to chat with about the lifestyle!
Kisses,
